Introduction

 

​Your agreement is with Tero Goldenhill ("Tero Goldenhill", "him", "his", "I" or "me").
These Terms and Conditions form part of your Agreement with Tero Goldenhill. You understand that Tero Goldenhill is self-employed and you are entering into a contract with him alone.
Entering a Reading ("Session", "Service" or "Appointment") will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions when you will become a client (a “Client”, “you” or "your"). You are asked to pay special attention to the provisions related to cancellations. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Confidentiality

 

All Client information will be kept strictly private and confidential, unless there is a threat of danger where the Client may harm himself/herself or as required by a court of law. Any information relating to actual or potential unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, criminal activity, whether in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, which is directly or indirectly disclosed to me in the course of a Session and/or in the course of correspondence which is incidental to those Services, may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement and/or government and/or non-governmental agency.

Minors

These Services cannot be provided for those under the age of 18.

Payment, Cancellation and Refunds

​

Payment is normally made prior to each Session. Cash or bank transfer (including PayPal) are the only forms of payment I currently accept. 24 hours notice of cancellation or postponement is required for Online Appointments, 48 hours notice for In-person Appointments. If you are unable to keep the scheduled Appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I will be happy to reschedule our Appointment. Notice of less than 24 hours (online) / 48 hours (in-person) will incur full payment of the fee. If I'm not able to keep the scheduled Appointment, I will contact you as soon as possible for rescheduling. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled Appointment will constitute a missed Appointment, and will incur full payment of the fee. No refunds.

 

Fraud

 

Tero Goldenhill has a zero tolerance against fraud, and will prosecute identity fraud to the fullest extent of the law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Tero Goldenhill harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, liability and expense, including legal fees, related to any investigation, allegation, claim or demand made by any third party arising out of or related to (a) Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, (b) any transaction or dispute between you and any third party, (c) unauthorised access to the Service through your account, or of which you should have been or were aware and did not report to Tero Goldenhill, (d) your use of the Service or your connection to the Service, or (e) your violation of this Agreement. Tero Goldenhill shall have the right to withhold amounts payable to you to cover your obligations thereunder. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between all users of this site shall be governed by the UK laws. Tero Goldenhill does not accept responsibility for any physical, mental, spiritual, emotional or metaphysical changes that may occur as a result of the Service(s) provided.
